Powers
Elie does not have any special powers; she was instead made by special powers. Hellion experimented with biological life forms for long enough to create a human being as a test subject. They had the idea that by creating a human with no emotions and only knowledge of battle skills, they could make a race of elitist soldiers. Elie is the first of her kind. She has super-enhanced reflexes, speed and strength, and she wields special weapons that are unique to her.

Personality
[Although Hellion created Elie with no intention of giving her emotions, she developed them nonetheless. On the battlefield she is extremely serious and calculating, and nothing will stand in her way to accomplish a mission. She is amazingly intelligent, and she can work out extremely complex calculations without much thought what-so-ever. This allows her to make flawless strategies with moderate ease, and she is good at analysing her opponent(s).

Away from fighting and her professional lifestyle, she is good fun to be around. She is bright, energetic and funny, and she has a natural talent for making friends. She has a strong sense of justice and what is right or wrong, even when not fighting for the Hellion. It is most probably one of the few traits that they gave her to make sure she was an effective soldier. She lives and breathes her life as a Hellion, and wouldn't have it any other way (if only she knew any different). People are surprised by her; anybody wouldn't even guess that she was created for a specific purpose. Everybody within Hellion knows about her though.]

General Appearance
[Elie has shoulder-blade length blonde hair and stunning blue eyes. Her figure is to be desired by every woman out there; slender yet curvaceous and attractive to men. She is completely oblivious to this fact, however, because she doesn't have a clue about how males work. She thinks that everybody is equal, and as such was very confused at first when she realised there were different genders. Even after having this explained to her, she doesn't get the differences and doesn't understand a man's desires. She doesn't even understand her own, and for the most part they don't exist.

She mostly wears a skin-tight cyan blue breathable body suit with black patches on her arms and legs. Over this she often wears bionic pieces of armour like she is pictured in at the top of the application. She wears sturdy military boots on her feet, and many different pouches containing different pieces of equipment are strapped to her legs. Around her waist is a thick brown belt that contains her weapons such as guns and the like. With the more experience she gains, the more complex and unique the weapons become. It is very rare that she's seen out of her military uniform, but when she is dressed casually she wears cropped t-shirts and shorts, maybe the odd skirt if she feels like it. On her upper left arm, there is a tattoo on it to show her randomly generated experiment number; 3173. Read upside down, it looks like 'Elie'.]

[Elie believes deeply in the justice that Hellion provides for the people of Ragnarok. She will do anything to uphold it, and if she dies in the process then that is a great honour. ]

History
[As mentioned previously, Elie does not have any parents. She is the product of biological experimentation; a test tube baby, so to speak. The technology used by Hellion gave birth to a fully grown soldier that they can use in combat. The gametes they used obviously gave them a female, but they weren't too picky about it. Their experimentation was a success. From there, they could create more soldiers like Elie to fight for their cause of justice.

When she was born, Elie read the tattoo on her upper arm upside down, giving her the name of 'Elie' instead of the number '3173'. Since then, she has stuck with her name instead of answering to her experiment number. From the moment of her birth, she was taught how to fight and use her embedded traits of super-human reflexes, speed and strength to her utmost advantage. Hellion could teach her whatever they wanted to; she was a blank slate.

It only took around a month or so to have her trained up way past the standard of a normal soldier, and they sent her straight into combat. She was a rarity among the soldiers that she fought with, since she was one of the only females around. Most women worked as respected medics in the field, mechanics or with much more specialised professions within Hellion. Nevertheless, she bested the men on nearly every occasion. Her strength far outmatched theirs, and she was always the last one to keep going when even the toughest soldiers fell. With Elie turning out to be such a success, Hellion began working on even more lifeforms like her so they could have an unstoppable army at one point.

Until that day came, Elie would remain an anomaly and strike fear into her opposition's hearts. Her name became known, unsurprisingly, as an elitist soldier with a huge difference. Hellion's research keeps expanding, and it is inevitable that they will find more experiments to perform for Elie to increase her strength, stamina, speed and accuracy undoubtedly. They'd be simply crazy to stop trying. ]

I'm so imaginative ;D And there's not really much else I can put. She's only a year old.

Maybe go into detail about one of her missions and reactions to something like finding a woman abused or maybe a dead kid. Or simple as snapping some necks and breaking some spines. But it does need a bit more history. Other than that i like the character.
